Position: 🩹 🧑‍⚕️ State Registered Nursing Assistant 🩹 🧑‍⚕️

Location: Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, ICU Department at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky

Schedule: Full time, part-time, and PRN positions- varied shifts available

✱weekend rotations are required✱

What You’ll Do ◉ Adheres to hospital policies and standards

◉ Maintains patient documentation within scope of practice

◉ Participates In Required Education, Competencies, And Training Requirements. ◉ Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other team members.

◉ Follows HIPAA compliance.

◉ Responds to emergent situations, demonstrates strong skills, and responds appropriately.

◉ Adheres to patient safety and monitors patient needs frequently

◉ Takes responsibility and initiative for job duties.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid KY SRNA license
• 1-2+ yrs of experience preferred.
• Job Demands------
• Strong Attentive and Communication Skills
• Ability to work and a fast pace
• Maintain accurate and concise documentation
• Frequent walking, standing, and lifting
• Able to lift over 50lbs
