Nursing Assistant

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our healthcare team as Nursing Assistants. This position plays a vital role in supporting patient care and ensuring comfort and safety within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Aid in patient positioning and transfers
• Support patients during feeding and monitor nutritional intake
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and care areas
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff promptly
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Non-board passers are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of nursing care practices and procedures
• BLS/CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of compassion and a genuine desire to help others
• Willing to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
