Nursing Assistant

About the role

The Redcoat Ambassador supports a positive, safe, and seamless patient experience by addressing concerns, providing accurate information, and coordinating service needs throughout the patient journey. This role serves as a frontline representative of the hospital's Service Excellence function and helps ensure strong communication between patients and departments.

Key responsibilities

• Address patient concerns and provide timely assistance to ensure a smooth hospital experience
• Handle complaints and service recovery concerns with professionalism, sound judgment, and critical thinking
• Support patient satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and escalating complex concerns when needed
• Gather patient feedback and help identify service gaps for improvement
• Process HMO-related concerns and ensure complete documentation for faster approval turnaround
• Coordinate with HMOs, physicians, admissions, and nursing units to help prevent treatment delays
• Assist patients with navigation, directions, and accompaniment to clinics, diagnostics, and hospital departments
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to support patient requests and service needs
• Encode, track, and update patient details, admissions, and account information accurately
• Respond to walk-in and telephone inquiries with accurate information

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 9 to 12 months of experience in customer service, hospitality, or patient-facing roles
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle sensitive patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using digital systems, documentation tools, and internal communication platforms
• Willing to work on shifting schedules as required

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
