Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction in a Nursing Assistant Training Program.
• Prepare students to successfully complete approved nurse aide training and prepare for the NHA CCMA test.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse (LPN/RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, including experience caring for the elderly or chronically ill.
• Previous teaching, training, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
