Nursing Assistant - IV Wellness Support (Full-Time)

Work Location: Liquivida / DRIPBaR, located inside Massage & Wellness Spa

• Hours: Approximately 35–40 hours per week
• Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience, with room to grow
• Position Type: 1099 independent contractor
• Openings: One full-time position

We are looking for a friendly, dependable nursing assistant to support our new IV wellness services and help clients feel comfortable and cared for.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and help with intake forms.
• Take and record vital signs as directed by the RN.
• Record client-reported medical history, medications and allergies.
• Report client discomfort, abnormal readings or other concerns to the RN.
• Help clinical staff prepare for treatments and assist with approved tasks within your training and credentials.
• Keep clients comfortable throughout their visits.
• Clean, organize and restock treatment areas.
• Monitor supplies and expiration dates.
• Help with scheduling, appointment reminders and follow-up inquiries.
• Provide front desk coverage when reception staff are unavailable, including answering calls, booking appointments and processing payments.
• Explain general service information, pricing and memberships.
• Refer medical questions and treatment recommendations to the RN or medical provider.
• Maintain accurate records and follow privacy and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional and focused on client care.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Organized, dependable and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software.
• Able to follow instructions and work with a clinical team.

Specific Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience taking and recording vital signs.
• Florida CNA certification or medical-assistant training/certification preferred.
• Current healthcare-provider BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic or wellness setting preferred.
