Nursing Assistant / Ward Clerk

Job Summary

Coordinates activities at the Nurses Station - receptionist, clerical, and information management duties - while providing direct patient care under RN/LPN direction, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support unit coordination: admissions, discharges, phones, order entry
• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
• Take vital signs, collect specimens, and support isolation procedures
• Document care accurately and support unit cleanliness and restocking
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
