What they need
The Content Developer will be responsible for creating, developing, reviewing, and
maintaining engaging digital learning content for Kauvery Hospital. The role involves
working closely with the Content Strategist, media design teams, and platform
administrators to develop high-quality E-learning courses aligned with predefined
instructional frameworks, organizational learning objectives, and healthcare
competency requirements.
The incumbent will contribute to the end-to-end content development lifecycle,
including research, scripting, assessment creation, content quality assurance, and
learner engagement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria: MSC Nursing with 10 years of experience
