Nursing Float Aide

Brookstone Manor is an Assisted Living facility in the heart of Grand Rapids, MN. We serve a diverse population of individuals in our community, creating a home-like atmosphere through our customizable care.

As a Nurse Aide Float, you will support our nursing department by providing various cares and services for our residents.

Job Duties:

• Respond to call-lights
• Complete assigned services per each resident's care plan including ADL's
• Assist with bathing, showering, toileting, dressing, and transferring residents as needed
• Complete other services or tasks as delegated by the Director, RN, or LPN.
• Complete documentation and charting
• Work alongside the other nurses and staff to foster a team environment

Job Requirements:

• Nursing Experience (Preferred but not required.)
• Must Pass Background Check (Required)
• Reliable Transportation

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
