• Lead and oversee the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to healthcare standards.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality assurance protocols.
• Provide emergency support, coordinating with the medical team to facilitate swift and effective patient care.
• Guide and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment while promoting professional development.
• Make critical clinical decisions and manage complex patient care situations, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care management and streamline clinical operations.
• Oversee the clinical documentation process, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Resolve conflicts within the nursing team and address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct regular assessments of nursing practices and implement improvement strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Organize and lead training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the nursing staff.
