Nursing incharge

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the nursing staff.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and patient safety at all times.
• Prepare and maintain duty rosters and shift allocations.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
• Conduct nursing rounds and ensure proper nursing documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments for effective patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and infection control protocols.
• Monitor medication administration and nursing procedures.
• Ensure adequate availability of medicines, equipment, and nursing supplies.
• Train, guide, and evaluate nursing staff and new joiners.
• Handle patient and attendant complaints related to nursing services.
• Report clinical incidents and take corrective actions.
• Maintain patient records, registers, and departmental reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the nursing unit.
• Perform any other duties assigned by hospital management.
