Nursing Instructor-Bilingual

We are a new school focused on supporting Practical Nursing students through NCLEX review and remediation, and we are seeking a dedicated NCLEX professional to grow with our team. The ideal candidate is confident in taking initiative, highly knowledgeable, and comfortable using computers, Zoom, and other online platforms.

This role also includes teaching within the Practical Nursing program and conducting in-person Home Health Aide (HHA) skills training. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, committed to student success, and eager to help future nurses build both knowledge and hands-on clinical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate learning and learner development
• Use assessment and evaluation strategies
• Participate in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation
• Evaluation of program outcomes
• Ongoing development of the nurse educator role
• Develop and function as a leader and change agent; and function within the educational environment
• This role must be fulfilled in accordance with rules and regulations of the state and federal regulatory and accrediting bodies

Qualifications

• Instructors must hold an active and unencumbered Nursing license in the state of Florida
• Have at least two years of experience and hold an BSN or higher degree
• Experience in clinical area of expertise
• Experience must be within the last five years
• Healthcare facility leadership and management experience a plus
• Maintain knowledge of curriculum development and teaching methodology
• Familiarity with the state board of nursing Rules and Regulations for nursing and nursing education
• Ability to adapt rapidly to a variety of situations

• Monday to Thursday
• 9:00 AM-1:00 PM

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
