Nursing Lecturer / Assistant Professor - MSc Nursing

About S-Tech Nursing College: S-Tech Nursing College is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Nursing Lecturer / Assistant Professor with an M.Sc. Nursing background. This is a leadership-level academic role where you will drive excellence in our nursing programs, mentor junior staff, and shape our curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced theoretical classes and clinical supervision for nursing students.
• Guide students in research projects, case studies, and clinical presentations.
• Develop curriculum, set examination papers, and conduct comprehensive student evaluations in accordance with INC guidelines.
• Organize and lead workshops, departmental meetings, and faculty development programs.
• Act as a mentor to B.Sc. Nursing Tutors and clinical instructors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: M.Sc. Nursing (Any Specialty: Medical-Surgical, OBG, Pediatrics, Community Health, or Psychiatry) from an INC-recognized institution.
• Registration: Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
• Experience: [e.g., Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience after MSc].
• Deep understanding of Indian Nursing Council (INC) syllabus and compliance.

Pay: ₹13,057.04 - ₹30,000.00 per month
