Damai Service Hospital (HQ) is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Nursing Manager to oversee and lead our nursing team in providing the highest standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the nursing team to ensure quality and compassionate patient care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies, MOH guidelines, and accreditation standards.
• Manage staffing schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with doctors, management, and other departments to achieve hospital goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold patient safety and service excellence.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Post Basic / Degree in Nursing or related qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about people management and quality healthcare delivery.
