Position : OR Nurse Manager

Location : Lapeer, MI

Duration : 13 Weeks Contract

Shift : Days 40 Hours/week

Compensation Break-up as per 40 Hours/Week:

Pay Rate: $100/hr.

Housing and Meal Stipend: $1240 (TAX-FREE)

W2 Pay: $2760 (TAXABLE)

Total Pay: $4,000/Week (Excluding Taxes)

Job description:

• We are seeking an experienced OR Nurse Manager to oversee daily operating room operations, manage staffing and scheduling, supervise nursing and surgical support staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient safety and infection control standards.

Responsibilities:

• Staff Leadership: Supervise, hire and train nurses, techs and support personnel.
• Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate daily surgical room assignments and workflow efficiency.
• Budget Management: Oversee departmental financial performance, supply purchasing and resource allocation.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control and sterile processing standards.

Requirements:

• 3 years Manager of OR experience - [REQUIRED]
• RN Michigan License
• BLS (AHA) - Required.
