What they need
- Provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the nursing college.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Nursing Council (INC), State Nursing Council, university, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Plan and monitor academic programs, curriculum implementation, examinations, and student assessments.
- Recruit, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching faculty.
- Prepare faculty workload, timetables, academic calendars, and departmental schedules.
- Ensure adequate clinical training and practical exposure for nursing students.
- Coordinate with hospitals and clinical partners for student postings and training.
- Monitor students' attendance, discipline, academic performance, and clinical competency.
- Maintain and review academic, student, faculty, examination, and regulatory records.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
