Nursing Program Director (CA RN)

Exodus Recovery, Inc is looking to hire a full-time Nursing Director for Los Angeles, CA.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Nurse Director collaborates with the Exodus Director of Nursing to oversee all clinical activities for the Exodus Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF). Responsible for development, implementation, and compliance with established standards of care in accordance with all federal, state, and local statutes. Strong knowledge base of Title 22, Division 5 regulations for PHF and Welfare and Institutions Codes 4080, 5325, 5325.1,5622, 5751.7, and W.I.C. sections relating to the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act. Has the ability to monitor and train employees for compliance with these regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid CA RN license required.
• Master’s degree in nursing with two years of experience in psychiatric nursing and one year of experience in psychiatric nursing supervision; or Baccalaureate degree in nursing with four years of experience in psychiatric nursing, and one year of experience in psychiatric nursing supervision.
• Current BLS Certification

Commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
