• Scheduled every 4th weekend + every other holiday required

What You'll Do

• Deliver preventive, restorative, and emergency nursing care
• Monitor health changes and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Document nursing care per policy
• Educate and support direct care staff
• Respond to health concerns and emergencies
• Communicate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinate labs, pharmacy needs, and appointments
• Supervise Certified Medication Aides
• Assist with resident care and staff health monitoring

What We're Looking For

• Licensed RN or LPN (Iowa)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to lift 35 lbs independently
• Valid driver's license & ability to qualify as an approved driver

Compensation is based on experience, education, and previous loyalty to Hills & Dales.
