RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Nursing Scheduler/Labor Manager, your primary responsibility is setting the scheduled for our nursing staff.
• Understands staffing ratios and PPD to meet staffing needs.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work professionally and effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills.
• Assist with administrative duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Administrative or logistics background
• Experience in healthcare or long term care helpful but not required
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Experience and knowledge of staffing ratios and PPD preferred
