• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosage and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, updating patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care procedures.
• Participate in regular training and workshops to stay updated on nursing practices and healthcare advancements.
