Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and inventory control.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and internal controls to maintain transparency and integrity of financial data.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through strategic financial planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9-14 years of experience in finance & accounts role with a strong background in hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Computers or related field; MBA/CA/CMA preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
