Nursing Superintendent

• Supervise and coordinate nursing services across all hospital departments.
• Prepare and monitor nursing duty rosters and staff deployment according to patient workload.
• Ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization of nursing personnel.
• Monitor the quality and safety of patient care provided by nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with nursing SOPs, hospital policies and NABH standards.
• Monitor medication safety, patient identification, nursing documentation and handover practices.
• Supervise nursing staff performance, attendance, discipline and professional conduct.
• Conduct orientation, training and competency assessments for nursing staff.
• Coordinate with doctors, HR, Quality, Infection Control, Pharmacy and other departments.
• Monitor nursing-related incidents, complaints and patient feedback and ensure appropriate corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and biomedical waste management practices.
• Participate in internal audits, quality improvement activities and NABH assessments.
• Monitor nursing quality indicators and ensure timely CAPA implementation.
• Ensure availability of nursing equipment, consumables and other essential supplies.
• Handle emergency situations and ensure nursing preparedness for Code Blue, fire and disaster management.
• Participate in recruitment, appraisal and performance management of nursing personnel.
• Prepare and submit nursing-related reports to hospital management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
