Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the nursing department to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supervise nursing staff, conduct training, and ensure professional development.
• Coordinate with doctors, hospital administration, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor patient care services, maintain records, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation effectively.
• Promote a culture of compassion, safety, and excellence in patient care.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in NABH-accredited hospital preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
