Nursing Superintendent

• Manage and supervise the entire nursing department.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage nursing manpower.
• Ensure quality patient care and patient safety.
• Monitor nursing staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
• Conduct nursing audits, training, and competency assessments.
• Handle patient complaints and nursing-related incidents.
• Monitor nursing equipment, supplies, and documentation.
• Coordinate with HR and other hospital departments.
• Submit nursing reports to hospital management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
