Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations at assigned locations, ensuring smooth functioning of wards and departments.
• Manage staff performance, including recruitment, training, development, and appraisal.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with doctors to provide quality patient care services.
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and maintain confidentiality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in nursing supervision or management role.
• B.Sc / DGNM degree from a recognized institution.
• Proven track record of effective leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
