Job Description

• Lead and supervise nursing teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Manage overall nursing administration and daily unit operations.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix for patient requirements.
• Coordinate with management and bed managers for admissions and staffing.
• Mentor, orient, train, and develop nursing staff and students.
• Ensure availability and proper utilization of equipment and resources.
• Promote teamwork, professional conduct, and effective conflict resolution.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and a safe clinical environment.
• Participate in quality improvement, policy review, and practice development.

Qualification

B.Sc Nursing with minimum 15yrs of experience and having Nursing Administration experience
