We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Supervisor to join our nursing team.

Position: Nursing Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Nursing Supervisor experience
Location: Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff across shifts.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing duty rosters and ensure proper staff allocation.
• Coordinate nursing activities across all clinical departments.
• Monitor and ensure high standards of patient care and nursing services.
• Ensure smooth coordination between nursing staff, doctors, and other clinical departments.
• Monitor staff attendance, shift coverage, and day-to-day nursing operations.
• Guide and support nursing staff in clinical and patient-care activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and safety standards.
• Handle nursing-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination within the nursing team.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursing Supervisor.
• Strong nursing staff-handling and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of duty roster preparation and shift management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clinical departments effectively.
• Strong focus on patient care and service quality.
