Nursing Supervisor

• Nurse Hand-Holding & Support

• Provide continuous guidance and mentoring to home care nurses

• Act as the first point of contact for nurses for clinical and operational issues

• Support new nurses during onboarding, first shifts, and critical cases

• Ensure nurses follow care plans, SOPs, and clinical protocols

• Motivate and retain nurses through regular engagement

• Site Visits & Field Supervision

• Conduct regular home visits for:

• New patient onboarding

• Old patients visit 5 days once

• Critical or high-dependency patients (Everyday Visit)

• Quality audits and compliance checks

Verify:

• Proper nursing procedures

• Grooming Standards at home

• Patient record maintenance

• Address on-site issues and resolve concerns immediately and record it day to day basis.

• Shift Planning & Coverage Management

Monitor:

• Day / Night / Stay nursing shifts

• Nurse rotation and replacements

• Ensure 100% shift coverage with zero service disruption

• Manage emergency replacements in case of:

• Nurse absenteeism

• Patient condition escalation

• Coordinate duty rosters and ensure timely shift handovers

• Patient & Family Coordination

• Act as the single point of coordination between:

• Patients & families

• Nurses

• Nursing Officer

• Educate patients and caregivers about:

• Care plan

• Concern form – High risk form, mismatch form etc..

• Nursing responsibilities

• Escalation process

• Handle complaints professionally and ensure closure

• Quality, Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure proper documentation of:

• Nursing notes

• Shift handovers

• Incident reports

Monitor adherence to:

• Clinical standards

• Safety protocols

• Company policies

• Support audits and internal quality reviews

• Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily and weekly reports on:

• Nurse attendance

• Patient status updates

Coordinate with:

• Nursing Officer – daily reporting at 3 pm
• Nurse Trainer
• Doctor

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
