Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken Arabic is mandatory.
• Valid DHA nursing licence.
• Proven experience in a Nursing Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing team management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage nursing staff and daily nursing operations.
• Prepare and coordinate nurse duty rosters and patient assignments.
• Provide professional training, guidance, and support to nurses.
• Accompany doctors on patient visits and coordinate patient care as required.
• Address nurses’ concerns and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Monitor nursing performance, documentation, and compliance with facility policies.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and smooth home care operations.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
