Nursing tutor

• Provide theoretical and practical nursing education to students in clinical settings.
• Supervise nursing students during their clinical placements, ensuring they meet academic and professional standards.
• Teach nursing courses, including lectures, seminars, and hands-on clinical demonstrations.
• Evaluate students’ clinical skills and progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Participate in the clinical setting (e.g., hospital, clinic) to maintain current hands-on nursing skills and knowledge.
• Act as a role model for best clinical practice, demonstrating proper techniques and care practices.
• Guide students through various clinical procedures, assisting them in developing competency in nursing tasks.
• Qualifications:
• Education:
• BSc in Nursing or MSc in Nursing (with specialization preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, or similar).
• Skills:
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess and evaluate student performance.
• Experience in curriculum development and academic teaching.
• Ability to motivate and support students.
