- Provides personalized academic support to help students understand difficult concepts, improve their grades, and build effective study skills
- Explain difficult concepts: Break down complex topics into simpler parts so the student can grasp the material.
- Teach nursing theory through lectures, seminars, and interactive or virtual classes.
- Lead practical training: Supervise hands-on workshops, simulation labs, and clinical skill assessments.
- Conduct research: Participate in scholarly activities and research on nursing education or clinical practice.
- Stay updated: Keep current with medical advancements, new technologies, and evidence-based clinical practices.
Eligibility Criteria :- B.Sc Nursing with 1 year of clinical/ teaching experience.
