Nursing Tutor

• **Curriculum Development and Delivery:**Designing and implementing teaching programs, creating lesson plans, gathering educational materials, and delivering lectures.
• **Clinical Instruction:**Supervising students in clinical settings, providing practical training, and ensuring they adhere to best practices and safety protocols.
• **Assessment and Feedback:**Evaluating student performance through exams, assignments, and clinical evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to support their learning.
• **Guidance and Mentorship:**Guiding students in their learning journey, helping them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and serving as a role model.
• **Staying Current:**Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in nursing practice, educational methodologies, and relevant regulations.
• **Administrative Duties:**Assisting with the administration of the nursing program, including student selection, orientation, and maintaining records.
• **Collaboration:**Working with other faculty members, clinical staff, and administrators to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
