Role Overview Seeking a Wound & Ostomy Nurse to join a specialized skin and wound care team. The role involves

providing advanced assessment, treatment, and education for patients with complex wounds, pressure injuries, surgical sites, fistulas, and ostomies, ensuring

safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wound evaluations and select appropriate dressings
• Manage negative-pressure wound therapy and monitor healing
• Provide specialized ostomy care, including stoma assessment, appliance fitting, troubleshooting, and patient education
• Document precisely, report changes timely, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members such as surgeons and dietitians

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart)
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience
• Strong clinical expertise, problem-solving skills, and patient-centered communication
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment with attention to detail and clinical judgment
