We are currently establishing a new manufacturing facility in Pemalang Regency, Central Java, specializing in the sports footwear industry.

Position: Nutritionist
Placement: Pemalang, Central Java
Employment Type: Full Time

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
2. Have relevant experience as a Nutritionist, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, catering, or food service environment.
3. Have a good understanding of food nutrition, menu planning, food safety, and hygiene standards.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
5. Able to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written. Mandarin is an advantage.
6. Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
7. Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
8. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Job Descriptions

1. Plan, develop, and evaluate daily meal menus to ensure balanced nutrition and appropriate nutritional intake for employees.
2. Monitor food preparation, portioning, nutritional quality, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
3. Coordinate with catering vendors, kitchen staff, and relevant departments to ensure smooth daily meal operations.
4. Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of food quality, hygiene, sanitation, and meal services.
5. Maintain nutrition-related documentation, reports, records, and other administrative requirements.
6. Provide recommendations regarding employee nutrition, meal planning, and food service improvement.
7. Support the implementation of company policies and procedures related to employee meals, health, nutrition, and welfare.
8. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure effective and consistent implementation of nutrition and food service programs.
