Nutrition Advisor

About the Role

We’re looking for a Nutrition Advisor who is passionate about nutrition, wellness and helping people make better health choices.

You’ll work closely with customers through nutrition consultations, health education and personalised recommendations, while also having the opportunity to share your knowledge through LIVE sessions and social media.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct nutrition consultations for customers, both physically and virtually
• Conduct basic health screenings and understand customers’ health goals, dietary needs and lifestyle habits
• Provide personalised nutrition advice and recommend suitable wellness solutions and products
• Monitor customer progress and follow up with recommendations when needed
• Host Facebook, TikTok or other social media LIVE sessions to share nutrition and wellness knowledge
• Create engaging and easy-to-understand content to educate and connect with audiences
• Support product launches, campaigns, roadshows and other health & wellness activities
• Conduct product knowledge or nutrition training when required
• Work closely with the team to provide a positive customer experience and support business growth
• Stay updated on nutrition, food science and wellness trends to continuously improve your knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics, Pharmacy or a related field
• Nutritionist / Dietitian certification or registration is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome — internship or practical experience is a plus
• Passionate about nutrition, wellness and helping people live healthier
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain nutrition concepts in a simple and engaging way
• Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting in front of an audience
• Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred as you will work with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners
• Proactive, positive and willing to learn
• Able to work independently while collaborating well with a team
• Open to working in either Kuala Lumpur or Johor
