Nutrition Services Kitchen Assistant

Job Title: Nutrition Services Kitchen Assistant Location: Walla Walla, WA Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract Schedule & Duration:

• 6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of School Year

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation and serving of meals to students and staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and cafeteria areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support inventory management and restocking supplies
• Work collaboratively with nutrition services staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior food service or kitchen experience helpful but not required
• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
