Key responsibilities

• Assess people's nutritional needs, based on their age, body mass index (BMI), medical conditions and nutritional goals.
• Promote healthy eating habits / products and suggest diet modifications.
• Provide nutritional consultation and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Develop new meal plans and monitor customer progress.
• Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs and care for them.
• Provide excellent customer care and product/detox program knowledge assistance.
• Work closely with team members to provide translation support and handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Maintain work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments and participating with and providing resources to sales teams.
• Keep abreast of nutritional knowledge and ensure the company direction aligns with the latest market trends.

About you

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in retail is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work on retail hours.
• Proactive, independent, solution and target oriented approach and attitude.
• Communicate well with peers and superiors.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
