About the role

This role involves managing customer relationships, providing personalized nutritional consultations, and supporting sales targets within a nutrition and supplements business. You will conduct health screenings, manage inventory, deliver training, and contribute to digital content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by addressing client needs, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide personalized nutritional consultations and product recommendations
• Conduct basic health screenings (e.g., blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring)
• Work as part of the team to plan and achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor and manage supplement inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
• Deliver nutrition-related training and briefings to internal teams
• Assist in shooting video content for the company's digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XHS & TikTok)
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in interpersonal communication and basic computer skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute new ideas and improvements
