Job summary

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Nutritionist to help clients improve their health through proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. The ideal candidate will assess clients’ dietary needs, develop personalized meal plans, provide nutrition counseling, and monitor progress toward health goals.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ health status, dietary habits, and nutritional needs
• Develop customized meal plans and nutrition programs
• Provide nutritional counseling for weight management, diabetes, hypertension, and general wellness
• Educate clients on healthy eating habits and food preparation
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust meal plans when necessary
• Conduct body composition and health risk assessments
• Work with doctors, fitness trainers, and healthcare teams when needed
• Create wellness awareness programs and health seminars
• Keep accurate client records and progress reports
• Stay updated on current nutrition research and dietary guidelines
• Promote preventive healthcare through proper nutrition

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Public Health, or related field
• Proven experience as a nutritionist, dietician, or wellness consultant
• Strong knowledge of meal planning and therapeutic diets
• Good understanding of health conditions related to nutrition
• Excellent communication and counseling skills
• Ability to work with clients of different age groups
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills
• Certification from a recognized professional body is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
