NVH仿真工程师（主管级）

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、熟练运用NVH测试设备及数据分析软件 Fluent in NVH test facility and NVH data analysis software 2、具备NVH台架测试能力 With NVH bench test capability 3、具备NVH仿真分析能力 With NVH simulation analysis capability 4、了解电磁、齿轮激励原理，优化NVH性能 Nudertand electromagnetism and gear shaft excitation theory, optimizing NVH performance 5、具备传递路径设计能力 With transfer path design capability 6、编写NVH测试规范及开发流程 Write NVH test specification and development process 7、可以牵头跨部门的协同工作（工艺、采购、质量、物流等）； Lead interdisciplinary coordination across departments (Process, Procurement, Quality, Logistics). 任职资格： 本科及以上;工科或相关学科的学位;汽车领域或相关行业中有至少8年项目的经验；在驱动系统NVH方向有良好的理解和扎实的背景；具备NVH仿真分析及台架测试能力;有良好的人际交往能力；具备一定的外语阅读能力及口语表达能力。
