NVH测试工程师

• Well experienced in vehicle architecture and system
• Well experienced in vehicle acoustic and vibration intake and exhuast system and combutstion engine development and tests.
• Well experienced in Headacoutics software test and analysis.
• Have solid knowledge about acoustic and vibration engineering
• Skilled in MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word and other project management related tools 6. over 3 years’ experience in acoustic and vibration development field and automotive industry
• C1 driving license and over 3 years of driving experience
• Good at english speaking. 1. 在车辆架构和系统方面经验丰富 2. 在车辆声学和振动、进气和排气系统以及内燃机的开发和测试方面经验丰富。 3. 在 Headacoutics 软件测试与分析方面经验丰富。 4. 具备扎实的声学与振动工程方面的知识 5. 熟练掌握 MS Project、MS PowerPoint、MS Excel、MS Word 及其他项目管理相关工具 6. 在声学与振动开发领域以及汽车行业拥有超过 3 年的工作经验
• C1 驾驶证及 3 年以上驾驶经验 8. 英语口语简单交流，读写良好。 Responsibility:
• Carry out intake and exhuast and combustion engine NVH development and test according to VW group procedures;
• Analyze benchmark results and propose for new platform design and to discuss them with his/her partners;
• To inform and to escalate failures or deviations in the test programs or test results and solve the failure in timely;
• To participate in meetings with areas of R&D to define development programs, timings, amount of samples, to give input for product improvement, etc.
• To verify and to reproduce failures and findings reported by the stations and test drives in the car, in order to fully understand the nature of the findings.
• To report, inform, and eventually escalate failures and findings from the acoustic engineering judgement or test. 责任： 1. 按照大众集团的程序开展进气、排气和内燃机 NVH 开发及测试； 2. 分析基准测试结果，为新平台设计提出建议，并与合作伙伴进行讨论； 3. 及时通报并上报测试程序或测试结果中的故障或偏差，并及时解决故障； 4. 参与与研发部门的会议，以确定开发项目、时间安排、样品数量等，并为产品改进提供意见。 5. 为了验证并重现各站点及试驾中报告的车辆故障和发现的问题，以便全面了解问题的本质。 6. 报告、通报并最终将声学工程判断或测试中出现的故障及发现的情况进行升级处理。
