NX Design Engineer (Exterior)

Job highlights

• Exterior Trims - Front & Rear Bumper,Radiator Grill,Claddings,Wheel Arch Liner. Should be excellent in Exteriors Product Design & Development. .

• Conduct Packaging Study. . Should have experience in DFx (Design for Mfg,assembly & Serviceability).

• Knowledge & Experience in Benchmarking of Exterior systems. .

• Tool - NX

• Exterior Trims - Front & Rear Bumper, Radiator Grill, Claddings, Wheel Arch Liner

• Should be excellent in Exteriors Product Design & Development.

• Knowledge & Experience in Benchmarking of Exterior systems

• Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis ie checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, ECE Regulation Evaluation, creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts.

• Work on concept feasibility and prepare concept proposals. Conduct Packaging Study.

• Should have experience in DFx (Design for Mfg, assembly & Serviceability)

• Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD&T, stack up DFMEA, DVP etc will be preferable.
