About Us:

ASR India, a leading executive search firm specializing in Finance & Accounting recruitment, is currently working on an exciting OTC (Order-to-Cash) opportunity with our esteemed client.

Our client is a Dublin-headquartered IT company specializing in the development and testing of gaming applications and programs. We are looking for talented finance professionals to join their team and contribute to their global finance operations.

This new role in the Finance organization will be involved in supporting the activities of a Global Centre of Excellence in the heart of the Finance organization. The Company  has previously transitioned activities to Regional shared services in locations such as Milan and Mexico, but a recent review has provided the impetus to move to a single global team for activities including P2P, O2C and R2R. The O2C Analyst  will support the O2C Team Leader to implement the new O2C Regional team and advocate for the team and the services it delivers. The initial focus will be on supporting the O2C Divisional team to successfully transition activities from current locations. Thereafter, the focus will shift to delivering excellent service delivery in line with a suite of O2C operational KPIs and to ensure good communication and relationships are established with the retained Finance teams. The Global Centre of Excellence is expected to be fully involved in key projects, including Finance systems implementation and performance improvement initiatives to achieve best in class processes. The O2C Analyst will work alongside other team members in the Global Finance Centre of Excellence and be a strong advocate for our Finance Excellence vision to be trusted business partners that champion growth, create value and manage risk.

Role & responsibilities :

The O2C Analyst  will work as part of the O2C Pillar team and ensure delivery of the following key activities: 

1. O2C Process Centre of Excellence Set Up

  Participate in activities to transition O2C activity to the Centre of Excellence 
Support during the post transition Hypercare period to ensure any issues around service delivery are identified and quickly remediated O2C Process Service Delivery
  Support the delivery of activities of the O2C team as directed and according to agreed standards, including:
  Invoicing Support
Support in the generation and processing of accurate invoices for services rendered based on service agreements, time tracking, and project milestones
  Ensure all invoices are issued promptly and in accordance with company policies and client requirements 
Maintain accurate billing records, including client information, service details, and payment terms 
Participate in activities to manage complex billing scenarios, including project-based billing, recurring service agreements, and variable service fees 
Perform validations and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of all billing data 
Prepare and distribute client statements and billing summaries 
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Support activities to respond to and resolve client issues regarding billing and payment inquiries.
  Prepare analysis to assist in resolving billing disputes and address client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular AR reports, including aging analysis and billing summaries 
Analyze trends in AR data to improve billing efficiency 
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to AR.

2)Working with the Group Financial Controlling and other KWS Finance Teams.

3. Take part in activities to build the Centre of Excellence teams understanding of key business drivers, resolve issues and jointly develop opportunities for process improvement
     Work as valued member of the Finance team, helping to shape, advocate for and deliver our Finance Excellence vision to be trusted business partners that champion growth, create value and manage risk Controlling Projects and Initiatives 
   Support in projects sponsored by HQ Controlling to drive O2C process growth and performance improvement, including process standardization initiatives and systems implementation

4. Finance Team Management and Collaboration 
   Participate in activities to help support the development of the Global Finance Centre of Excellence

Job Requirements:

 This is an entry level role in the organization that requires a junior Finance Analyst with some experience in the O2C process and a foundational understanding of accounting principles and Finance Controlling processes. The role will work under high levels of supervision. To be successful in the role it is expected that you will be:

  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 
1 - 2 years experience working as O2C Analyst within a Global Finance function 
Basic understanding of O2C process, controls and related accounting policies
  Able to identify issues and work with Team Leaders to resolve 
Good attention to detail
  Interest in participating in O2C process and systems change and ensuring the adoption of new ways of working 
Sound communication skills and ability to engage successfully with Finance and non-Finance team members without high degrees of supervision 
Natural collaborative and inclusive approach to working with team members and colleagues
  Inquisitive nature and interest in learning about the activities of the Finance activities of a Global organization
