O2C Manager

Job Title: OTC Order to Cash | Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and Accounts Receivable management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, along with a strong understanding of receivables accounting and process improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• Strong subject matter expertise in Accounts Receivable and receivables accounting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to document problems, resolutions, and action plans.
• Proactive and metric-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including customer invoicing (manual and automated), receivables management, cash application, and collections.
• Guide team members on policies and procedures.
• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with auditors.
• Drive improvements in Order-to-Cash business metrics.
• Ensure delivery against defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvement, productivity, and transformation initiatives.

Additional Requirement:

• Candidates applying for Team Lead and above positions must have prior team-handling experience.
