Job Summary
The O365 Developer and Power Platform Specialist will develop and support Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions that automate processes, improve collaboration, and enhance business productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Design automated workflows and business process solutions.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and integrations.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 applications with internal systems and data sources.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Platform applications.
• Manage solution deployment, documentation, and user support.
• Promote best practices for Power Platform development and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, or related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of APIs, Dataverse, SQL, or system integrations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
