O365 / EUC Engineer

The O365 / EUC Engineer provides L2/L3 engineering support and administration for Microsoft 365 and End User Computing platforms across a large enterprise environment. This role involves managing Microsoft 365 services, handling escalations, and supporting tenant health and platform automation. Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams. Manage Microsoft Entra ID including identity, licensing, Conditional Access, groups and hybrid directory synchronization. Configure and manage Microsoft Teams, including policies, meetings, calling and Teams Rooms. Handle L3 escalations related to Microsoft 365, collaboration and identity platforms. Perform Microsoft 365 administration and bulk operations using PowerShell.

Desired Candidate Profile

5 8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / EUC / Collaboration Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams. Strong knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD Connect and Hybrid Identity. Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
