O&M Contract Administration Analyst

Total Distributed Generation Philippines Inc. is currently looking for an O&M Contract Administration Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review O&M contracts to ensure accurate and compliant invoicing.
• Validate contractual terms, billable items, exclusions, and cost allocations.
• Process fixed-fee, billing adjustments, and Time & Material invoices for O&M customers.
• Manage Time & Material quotations and invoices from O&M subcontractors.
• Support onboarding of new O&M customers.
• Provide O&M contract administration support.
• Help ensure accurate revenue recognition and prevent billing discrepancies.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, Contract Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, procurement, or contract management.
• Strong knowledge of contract review, SLAs, pricing, cost structures, and contractual obligations.
• Good understanding of financial transactions, P&L, balance sheet accounts, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.
• Detail-oriented with awareness of risk, compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP, CMMS, and other contract management tools.
• Accounting or Finance background is preferred
