Ob/Gyn Medical Biller / Coder

Are you an experienced Medical Biller with a passion for women's health? We're looking for a skilled OB/GYN Medical Biller with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and OB/GYN coding experience to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong background in medical billing, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Submit accurate and timely submission of medical claims to insurance carriers
• Insurance verification, coding, and charge entry
• Follow up on unpaid and denied claims, investigate billing issues, and submit appeals as needed
• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and follow up on aging claims
• Maintain accurate billing records while protecting patient confidentiality
• Stay up-to-date with insurance regulations and coding changes

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in medical billing, preferably in the field of OB/GYN
• Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW), preferably in a billing capacity
• Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of insurance verification and claims processing
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
