About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Obstetrician & Gynecologist (OB-GYN) to join our medical center in Dubai on a revenue-sharing basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified OB-GYN who is looking for a flexible practice arrangement with the opportunity to build and grow their patient base.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultation and clinical care in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Diagnose and manage common gynecological and obstetric conditions.
• Conduct antenatal and postnatal consultations.
• Manage women's health, menstrual, hormonal and reproductive health concerns.
• Provide preconception counselling and family-planning services.
• Perform gynecological examinations and appropriate minor procedures within the scope of practice.
• Review and interpret relevant laboratory and ultrasound reports.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with patients and encourage continuity of care.
• Work collaboratively with the medical center team.

Requirements

• MBBS with recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Valid DHA License / Eligibility or eligibility to obtain DHA licensing.
• Relevant clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Professional, compassionate and patient-oriented approach.
• Candidates with an existing patient following in Dubai will be an advantage.
