Obs-Gyn Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel patients regarding maternity services, antenatal care, delivery packages, and hospital procedures.
• Coordinate with patients and their attendants regarding consultations, admissions, and delivery planning.
• Explain maternity packages, hospital facilities, and admission procedures to patients.
• Coordinate with Obs-Gyn doctors, nursing staff, and other hospital departments.
• Follow up with patients for appointments, antenatal visits, and planned admissions.
• Assist patients with admission formalities and required documentation.
• Coordinate with the billing, insurance, and TPA departments for approvals and queries, where applicable.
• Maintain accurate patient records and counselling follow-up details.
• Address patient queries professionally and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Support daily operations of the Obs-Gyn department and ensure smooth coordination.
