Work Mode: Hybrid 3 days/week from office
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Observability Engineer to strengthen our SRE practice, focusing on system reliability, monitoring, and automation across cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerts) to support SLI/SLO/SLA tracking and error budget management
• Drive incident and problem management processes, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews
• Build and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Support and troubleshoot workloads on AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, and AWS ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS)
• Collaborate with development and platform teams to improve system reliability and reduce toil
• Participate in on-call rotations and support production issues within defined SLAs

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SRE principles – SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, Error Budgets
• Hands-on experience with Incident and Problem Management
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation
• Solid working knowledge of AWS Cloud services
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS ROSA
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
